Briggs Benson is a former collegiate baseball player and Georgia Tech graduate (BS & MS in Mechanical Engineering) who applies advanced engineering principles along with functional training to optimize athletic performance. As a NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, NASM CPT, and TPI Level 1 Certified Coach, he specializes in training rotational athletes, particularly in baseball and golf. His P.E.A.K. Performance philosophy focuses on Power, Endurance, Athleticism, and Kinematics, blending strength, speed, mobility, and sequencing for peak efficiency. With experience in powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, and competitive golf, he designs data-driven programs tailored to each athlete’s needs.
