● Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

● Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour towards other players, coaches, or staff will not be tolerated.
● Failure to adhere to the code of conduct may result in suspension or removal from the program without a refund.

●By participating in our programs, you grant permission for photographs, videos, or other media taken during training sessions or events to be used for promotional, marketing, or instructional purposes.
● If you do not wish to be included in any media, you must submit a written request to the organisation.

5. Liability Waiver

● Participants and/or their legal guardians acknowledge and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during training sessions, games, or related activities.
● The organization, coaches, and staff will not be held liable for any medical expenses, lost wages, or other damages resulting from participation in our programs.
